On Wednesday evening, January 27th, the Middle School, grades 6, 7, and 8 enjoyed the opera, Carmen. It was Opening Night and the students looked fabulous and behaved beautifully. Peg Evans, the AHWS music teacher was performing in the chorus! This performance is part of their curriculum study.
On Tuesday morning, January 26th, the Lower School, grades One to Five, were treated to a fantastic performance of Kathak dancers. India is a part of the Grade Five curriculum and the performance was followed by a class workshop for the Grade Five students.
